Activation
The app will not activate
- Check that the Mac has an internet connection and the date and time are correct.
- Enter the licence exactly as supplied. Do not add spaces before or after it.
- If the seat belongs to an old Mac, sign in to your account and revoke that device first.
SD card
Writing the Pi appliance
- Use an SD card with at least 8 GB capacity and connect it directly to the Mac.
- Open Drum Chopper's Raspberry Pi setup and choose the removable card carefully.
- The app downloads and verifies the official image before macOS asks permission to write it.
Device changes
Lost, sold or replaced hardware
Use Deactivate this Mac in the app before selling a working Mac. For lost hardware, use Revoke lost device in your customer account.
